Reflection to Class Disscussion on Education

    I feel this class disscussion did not go as well as the ones in the past. I feel this way because i felt some people were cut off and not given a chance to be heard to the extent of some others. I was one of these people when trying to express a point about motivating students was cut off and not heard to the entirety of my point. So id like to express it now. I believe parents can be a huge factor in students schooling. The parents do not have to do much but go online and check for missing assignments when they discover some,they should restrict their child until the work is completed.  I think this will change your childs attitude towards work. But this alone will not help, teachers should not put deadlines on work so students will always have a chance to do it. Many of my classmates had awesome ideals on education and how we can improve it. But i did not hear one say that we should increase the number of days in school. Increasing school days would be very benefitial. We would not forget things over a short break and it would give us a chance to learn more. In the next disscussion i hope everyone can be heard and not interupted.
